CARPL.ai is a vendor-neutral Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that allows radiologists to access, assess, and integrate radiology AI solutions in their clinical practice. CARPL provides a single user interface, a single data channel, and a single procurement channel for the testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in clinical radiology workflows. We are the world’s largest radiology AI marketplace offering 200+ applications from 85+ AI vendors.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Automate test cases and improve test coverage using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work with the development team for resolution.
Maintain and enhance the existing test framework and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with performance and security testing.
Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
