About Healthy Master

Healthy Master is a leading health-focused food brand committed to offering nutritious, natural, and delicious snacking solutions. As we expand into the quick commerce space, we are looking for an agile and proactive Q-Commerce Manager to help scale and streamline our ultra-fast delivery channel through platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others.


Role Overview

As a Q-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving Healthy Master’s growth in the quick commerce segment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring product availability, inventory optimization, and performance tracking across various Q-commerce platforms and dark stores.


Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

  • Manage partnerships and listings on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
  • Ensure product assortment is relevant, healthy, and aligned with platform demand.


Inventory & Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability at partner dark stores and fulfillment centers.
  • Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.


Sales & Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and consumer behavior on Q-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track the performance of run ads to evaluate ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.


Promotion & Merchandising:

  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility and product positioning on the apps.


Relationship Management:

  • Liaise with account managers from Q-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, new listings, and feature placements.
  • Track service-level agreements (SLAs), return rates, and delivery performance.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify gaps in Q-commerce execution and suggest improvements to enhance delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with platform requirements (packaging, labeling, dispatch timelines).


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or operations; prior Q-commerce or FMCG/CPG experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Q-commerce operations, platform dynamics, and health food categories.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; experience with analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
