Looking for an experienced Q-Commerce Manager Location - Goregaon(Mumbai) CTC offered - upto 15 LPA Requirements : • 2 - 4 years of experience in handling Q-commerce platforms for FMCG or snacking brands(D2C). • Expertise in ad campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial understanding of marketing and P&L impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic & Performance Marketing : - Plan, optimize and overlook daily ad campaigns across various selling platforms - Marketing calendars for each platform with product-wise planning 2. Budget & ROI Management : - Plan and monitor daily and monthly marketing spends - Track ROI and continuously optimize campaigns to meet revenue goals - Collaborate with finance team to maintain a working understanding of the P&L, ensuring overall profitability 3. Coordination & Inventory Readiness : • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to maintain inventory health and readiness across platforms. 4. Competitive Landscape Analysis : • Conduct ongoing landscape reviews of competitor activities across Q-commerce platforms • Analyse pricing, promotional tactics, and category innovations • Growth strategies based on insights from competitive analysis.
