Q-Commerce Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Q-Commerce professional to lead and manage our presence across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimising operations, and leveraging data and tools to maximise performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across q-commerce and e-commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, BigBasket, etc.).
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, categorisation, content, and inventory visibility on all platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
• Use platform dashboards, analytics tools, and automation solutions to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives in coordination with platform teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as sell-through rate, fill rate, order fulfilment, inventory ageing, ROAS, and customer ratings.
• Coordinate closely with operations, dispatch, logistics, marketing, accounts, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to stock-outs, PO delays, cancellations, and delivery or inwarding challenges.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and category insights to recommend new growth initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and action plans to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing q-commerce and e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, policies, and growth levers.
• Proven experience in using analytical and automation tools to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple platforms, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
