Role Overview:

We are looking for a mid-level Python Developer who possesses excellent fundamental

programming skills and a solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will mentor and

lead a team of junior developers and contribute to scalable solution architecture for diverse

industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications across enterprise,

fintech, logistics, and IoT projects.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge in object-oriented programming, data structures, and

algorithms.

• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Own end-to-end module delivery, from requirements analysis to deployment.

• Work closely with Solution Architects and Project Managers on product goals and

timelines.

• Optimize code for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Integrate Python apps with third-party APIs and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

• Promote best practices in software engineering and DevOps within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

• 2–4 years’ Python development experience in a professional environment.

• Strong foundation in OOP, RESTful API development, SQL & NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Good communication skills; ability to lead and empower a small team.

• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to upskilling.

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker) is preferred.

• Experience in AI/ML, IoT, or fintech domains is a plus.
