Schedule and conduct interviews. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for hiring needs. Requirements: Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment process. Self-motivated and target-oriented. 2 Placement Officer Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with companies for placement drives. Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies. Guide students/candidates for interview preparation. Maintain placement records and reports. Requirements: Excellent networking and communication skills. Strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
