Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Noida. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services. Daily tasks will include evaluating suppliers, coordinating with various departments, forecasting inventory needs, and maintaining accurate records. This role will also involve ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, negotiation, and supplier management skills
• Experience in contract management and purchasing strategies
• Knowledge in inventory forecasting and supply chain management
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
