Engineer (MTech- ELectronics) - Fresher No of posts – Two Qualification: M.Tech / M.E Gate Qualified Government Stipend, Scholarship Holder Desirable Project Experience in one of the following areas Substrate layout, wire bonding and VLSI Design: Understanding of substrate materials and their role in circuit performance, with practical experience in substrate layout design with wire bonding for high-speed circuits in Altium or any other EDA tool FPGA-based Design: Practical experience with FPGA development, programming, and integration (e.g., Xilinx, Altera/Intel FPGA) with Verilog or VHDL including functional and timing constraints. Desirable Technical Skills: (In one or more areas) Strong command over Substrate, Wire bonding and layout design software (e.g., Altium, Allegro). Experience with FPGA development tools (e.g., Vivado, Quartus). Knowledge of signal integrity, power delivery, and routing strategies for high-speed PCB designs. Familiarity with digital/analog circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, ModelSim, or equivalent). Preferred Attributes: Published papers or academic work related to PCB/VLSI/substrate design or FPGA.
