Use FPGA design tools (Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, ModelSim, etc.) to simulate, test, and optimize real-time embedded systems. Develop and integrate embedded software (C/C++, Python) with microcontrollers, FPGAs, ARM, and/or x86 processors. Collaborate with government agencies, universities, and industry partners on embedded systems research and development. Transition early-stage control and communication systems into working prototypes. Contribute to technical publications, patents, and open-source projects . Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a Bachelor’s OR 2+ years with a Master’s . Strong expertise in FPGA design and development using Verilog and/or VHDL . Hands-on experience with Xilinx and/or Altera FPGAs and design tools ( Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim ). Experience with real-time embedded applications on microcontrollers, FPGAs, ARM, or x86 . Proficiency in embedded software development (C/C++, Python). Strong problem-solving and communication skills .
