Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing and Supplier Development Manager in India at Ajusa Group, your role involves: - Locating and selecting new suppliers of raw materials (steels, rubbers, fibers, etc.) and finished products related to gaskets and engine components. - Performing on-site audits in factories to verify quality, production capacity, and compliance with specifications. - Negotiating prices and commercial conditions to optimize the total cost of purchase. - Maintaining an updated database of suppliers and preparing periodic evaluation and monitoring reports. - Collaborating directly with the Global Purchasing Director of Ajusa (Spain), reporting progress, incidents, and opportunities. - Coordinating the logistics and documentation necessary for shipments to Spain. - Supporting in commercial prospecting to introduce Ajusa products into the Indian market in the future. Dedication: - 60% of the time in the office, locating suppliers and preparing trips. - 40% of the time traveling to visit and audit factories. You will be reporting directly to the Global Purchasing Director of Ajusa. This position offers a local contract in India with competitive remuneration and the possibility of incentives for cost reduction and quality improvement.
