• Minimum

  5–7 years of experience

  as a Purchase Executive/Manager in the

  garment or apparel industry

• Strong experience working on

  ERP systems

  WFX

  or

  BlueKaktus

• Excellent knowledge of

  vendor management

  material sourcing

  cost negotiation

• Ability to manage

  purchase planning

• Proficiency in

  T&A (Time & Action tracking)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  fast-paced manufacturing environment

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete

  purchasing process

  for raw materials, trims and accessories.
• Evaluate and approve vendor quotations to ensure

  cost-effectiveness and quality standards

  .
• Manage and maintain

  ERP records

  (WFX/BlueKaktus) for purchase orders, GRNs, and inventory.
• Coordinate with

  production, merchandising, and quality teams

  to ensure material timelines are met.
• Develop strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid

  production delays

• Monitor purchase budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
