Role Description

The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement operations, including vendor negotiations, product sourcing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. They will handle inventory planning, monitor procurement processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and cost-efficiency standards. Other responsibilities include identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing all purchasing documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Negotiation Skills
Strong understanding of Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, and Cost Analysis
Knowledge of Compliance Standards, Quality Control Measures, and Sourcing Strategies
Proficient in using Procurement Software and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within manufacturing or related industries
