Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, cost, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve issues, conflicts, or delays promptly to avoid project disruptions.
• Prepare and present project reports, MIS updates, and status dashboards for management.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance for successful execution.
• Ensure final handover of projects with required documentation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management (MBA preferred).
• 4-6 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in interior fit-outs).
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
