Role Description

Site Supervisor

Key Responsibility

• Supervise daily on-site operations and manage workforce, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Monitor site safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and incident reports
• Resolve on-site challenges or conflicts efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site meetings as required
• Ensure proper documentation of all site-related activities

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision and project management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
