The Procurement Executive will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials/intermediate goods/maintenance and repair supplies. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely material availability, and smooth operations across production and maintenance functions.
* Manage procurement of raw materials/intermediate goods/and maintenance supplies.
* Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to meet production and maintenance needs.
* Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers.
* Ensure timely availability of materials while optimizing inventory levels.
* Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to align material requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Track and report procurement activities and performance metrics.
* Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields (2+ years preferred).
* Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills.
* Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on cost optimization and quality control.
