Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers to ensure the company receives quality products at competitive prices.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining product standards.
• Prepare and process accurate purchase orders, ensuring all specifications, quantities, and timelines are clearly documented.
• Monitor and track deliveries to guarantee timely supply of goods and prevent production delays or shortages.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and payments to support audits and financial planning.
• Inspect delivered products for quality compliance and resolve supplier issues to maintain smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and general Purchase Management
• Hands-on experience in Procurement processes, including vendor research and negotiations
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in record-keeping, budget management, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
