Job Description

Responsibilities

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company and project requirements.
Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize agreements to secure the best commercial value.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately identify procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain detailed records of purchases, supplier agreements, pricing data, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify dependable suppliers and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Manage export-related documentation and processes, including Letters of Credit (LC), SGS inspections, logistics coordination, and other daily operational activities.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Engineering Procurement, Maintenance, Projects, or Technical Services.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven vendor management experience and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related software tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
