Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Purchasing Coordinator. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for executing daily purchasing and procurement activities, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role involves maintaining strong vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, reviewing pricing strategies, and analyzing purchasing trends to optimize operations and meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing operations
• Experience and skills in Procurement and supply chain management
• Effective Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors, prices, and procurement strategies
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for managing procurement activities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
