What You'll Do:

• Lead annual negotiations for Medical Consumables, Implants suppliers to establish rate contracts and achieve cost productivity goals.
• Manage timely RFQ launch, quotation process, commercial analysis, and data analytics for assigned spend.
• Provide insights and data analysis to Category Manager/Procurement Head for strategy formulation on Medical Consumables category and spend management.
• Identify and develop alternative sources to reduce single-source risk, improve quality, and enhance cost efficiency.
• Support supplier relationships management, including scouting, selection, contracting, negotiations, and risk mitigation for Medical Consumables category.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure metrics-driven execution of procurement goals aligned with business objectives.
• Should be Proficient in Excel, Power point & data analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 8+ years of experience related to Procurement, Purchase & Category Management of Medical Consumables.
• Prior experience in the hospital or healthcare service sector is required.
• Strong Teamwork, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or hospital systems is a plus.
