Purchase Officer

We are hiring a Purchase Officer who can handle:-

Electrical/Electronic materials procurement

- Vendor negotiations

- Purchase order processing

- ERP or SAP knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and other necessary supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Collaborate with the production, quality, and finance departments to align procurement activities with company goals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes in supply chain dynamics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.
• Compile Group data on RM/ Chemicals/ Packing Material/ Common Consumables and analysis of same to add value to the system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.E. Mechanical/Electrical, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹154,885.63 - ₹519,921.01 per year
