About the Role:

We’re hiring a Purchase Officer / Assistant to manage our end-to-end procurement operations for marine and industrial supplies.
This is a new full-time role reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and specifications.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations for best prices.
• Prepare company-format quotations and purchase orders in Excel.
• Place POs, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers.
• Purchase items directly from Burra Bazar as required.
• Liaise with onboard delivery teams and coordinate supplies.
• Continuously identify new vendors and cheaper sourcing options (online & offline).

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass, with 1–3 years experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in marine / industrial procurement preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Zoho Books.
• Strong in negotiation, vendor management, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organization skills.

Work Details:

Timing: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Start Date: Within 1 week
