This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work independently from home. Key Responsibilities: Send timely payment reminders to clients and vendors. Call and follow up for pending payments. Prepare weekly reports on due payments and outstanding vendor debts. Record payments received and payments made to vendors accurately. Prepare and issue Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Manual Journals when required. Handle phone calls, messages, and emails related to payments and report key updates to management.
