About Us

Ismail Stores Supply is a trusted ship chandler with over 70 years of experience, providing provisions and technical supplies to vessels across India. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Man and Sales Operation Officer to join our team and handle end-to-end sales operations while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Maintain quotation and item records.
• Follow up with clients to close orders.
• Build and maintain business relationships with clients.
• Manage the complete sales operation from quotation to delivery onboard ships.
• Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, and other client-related documents.
• Onboard and engage new clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong English email writing skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
• 2% profit-sharing commission.
• Cost reimbursements.
