Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive cum Manager to drive sales performance, manage customer relationships, and oversee inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent closing skills, and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:🔹 Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Actively close deals and follow through on the sales cycle. Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. 🔹 Customer ManagementHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with key clients. 🔹 Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for stock replenishment. Track product movement (inward/outward), minimize discrepancies. Perform regular inventory audits and ensure proper stock rotation. 🔹 Sales ManagementTrack and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular sales and inventory reports for management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns. Supervise and support junior sales staff (if applicable).
