You will be responsible for supervising and conducting microbiological activities on a regular basis at the Satara plant. This includes developing and maintaining validation in all protocols for various environmental controls, performing laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization, conducting tests on component samples to identify contamination, and studying various cultures of microorganisms in isolation according to standard procedures. Additionally, you will be monitoring all physiological and morphological characteristics of microorganisms, performing tests on all incoming ingredients, and documenting all records. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and preparing research papers and documents for all protocols, maintaining accurate records of all laboratory activities, developing and documenting various microbiology laboratory processes, preparing final reports, maintaining purchase orders for all laboratory processes, and monitoring inventory. Qualifications required for this role include: - M.Sc in Microbiology with 4 to 5 years of experience - Ability to plan and execute experimental protocols - Highly skilled in microbiology techniques, methodology, equipment, and supplies - In-depth knowledge of laboratory tests used in microbiology work - Proficiency in methods and practices of microbiological analysis - Great ability to prepare research papers and technical reports - Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills - Strong computer knowledge - Excellent laboratory skills - Willingness to keep up-to-date with current information and research If you are interested in this position, please send your resumes to hr.str@hindustanfeeds.com.,
