Designation: Purchase Officer Department: Procurement / Purchase Job Type: Full Time Company: Avenue E-commerce Ltd (DMart) Location: Bangalore (All over Bangalore, within 25 km) Work Setup: Work From Office Shift: Day Shift Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,500 per month (Fixed) + Incentives Benefits: ESI, PF, and Insurance Education: Graduate (Any stream) Experience: 0 – 3 years (Fresher or experienced candidates can apply) Language Required: Kannada (Good English communication required) Gender: Male Age Limit: 20 – 24 years Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Fulfillment Center Job Description:As a Purchase Officer at Avenue E-commerce Ltd (DMart), you will be responsible for managing procurement operations for FMCG and grocery products across fulfillment centers in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process Purchase Orders accurately and on time. Study and analyze vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing. Maintain and update MIS reports for procurement and inventory tracking. Handle vendor management, replenishment, and purchase execution for assigned categories. Ensure timely procurement of materials at minimal cost to maximize company savings. Coordinate with the fulfillment center team to ensure product availability and smooth operations. Requirements: Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Good communication and coordination ability.
