Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in real estate and construction procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, vendor development, cost negotiations, material planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for building materials, fixtures, machinery, and services.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure reliable supply chains for project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Accounts Department for material approvals, delivery schedules, and payment processing.
• Monitor inventory levels, procurement budgets, and cost control measures.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, new suppliers, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure procurement documentation and vendor performance records are properly maintained.
• Manage logistics, delivery schedules, and ensure material availability at multiple project sites.
• Implement ERP or digital purchase tracking systems for process efficiency and transparency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in real estate or construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, MEP items, and finishing materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
• Strong local vendor and supplier network.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with on-site coordination experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
