Job Description

Job Summary:

The CRM Post Sales Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships after the sale of real estate properties. This role ensures a smooth and positive customer experience through timely communication, documentation handling, payment follow-ups, handover coordination, and addressing post-sale queries or concerns, ultimately supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking/sale.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, possession timelines, and payment milestones.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Coordinate preparation and execution of agreements, allotment letters, and other post-sale documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal/regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and CRM system data.

Payment & Collection Follow-up:

  • Track customer payment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups for due installments.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for invoicing, receipts, and clarifications.
  • Provide reminders and resolve payment-related issues with customers.

Handover & Possession Coordination:

  • Manage pre-handover checks and ensure snag-list items are addressed before possession.
  • Organize and schedule possession handovers, walkthroughs, and related formalities.
  • Assist customers during handover, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Customer Retention & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Conduct regular satisfaction checks and gather feedback for process improvements.

Internal Coordination:

  • Liaise with sales, legal, construction, finance, and customer care teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
  • Escalate complex issues to management with recommended solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Management, or Real Estate-related).
  • 1–3 years experience in post-sales or customer service, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, agreements, and handover procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
