• Develop & implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers across India
• Manage contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure best value
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and projects teams for seamless procurement planning
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and supplier performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with ethical, sustainable sourcing practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus)
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory management skills
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement software
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Patient, persistent, detail-oriented and proactive
