Job Description

The Role: Purchase Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the management. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Procurement Strategy : Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with business goals while managing supplier relationships, ensuring reliability and performance. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain stock availability. Evaluate purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies. Cost Control & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to procurement. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all procurement transactions. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (finance, operations, production, etc.) to align procurement needs with business goals. Resolve procurement related issues and support operational efficiency. Qualification: Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficient in inventory management software and basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS-Excel Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
