Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for inwarding and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries. Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate purchase records, agreements, invoices, and delivery notes. Update procurement details in ERP/Inventory Management software. Quality Control: Ensure purchased goods meet company quality standards. Coordinate with the quality control team or store team for inspections and returns if needed.
