Internship Summary

procurement and supply chain management

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers.
Support in reviewing quotations and comparing supplier proposals.
Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement requirements.
Conduct basic market research to explore cost-effective sourcing options.
Track and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation for management.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate/ Diploma (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics).
Experience:
Fresher (No prior experience required).
Software Knowledge:
Basic MS Excel knowledge; exposure to ERP (Tally/Zoho) will be an advantage.

Skills

Interest in procurement and supply chain management.
Basic understanding of business operations and materials management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Internship stipend (₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month).
