Role & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and other pharma-related items.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production and QA requirements.
Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Coordinate with stores, QA/QC, accounts, and production teams for smooth material flow.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement procedures.
Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve supplier issues.
