About the Role:

We are looking for a Purchase Intern to support day-to-day procurement activities, vendor communication, material follow-ups, and documentation.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want to start a career in Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily purchase operations and procurement tasks.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for quotations and delivery timelines.
• Support in comparing rates and collecting quotations.
• Maintain purchase records, PO documents, and vendor databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams.
• Monitor material availability and update stock follow-up sheets.
• Prepare basic reports and assist the Purchase Executive.

Required Skills:

• Any degree (Commerce, Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, Diploma).
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Interest in procurement and operations.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
