Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in electronics purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement to meet production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of electronic components.
  • Develop new vendor relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
  • Procurement & Negotiation:
  • Procure electronic components, PCBs, connectors, semiconductors, and other relevant items.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
  • Order & Inventory Management:
  • Prepare purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with stores and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Work closely with the production and R&D teams to forecast material needs.
  • Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure components meet technical and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department for material inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure all procurement complies with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier contracts, and pricing histories.
  • Generate regular reports on purchase trends, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
  • Good understanding of electronic components, technical specifications, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling imports and customs documentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and procurement best practices.
  • Familiarity with vendor development and global sourcing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
