Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Source and procure raw materials, components, and other necessary items for production. 2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers. 3. Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers. 4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 5. Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and reliability. 6. Collaborate with production planning and inventory control teams. 7. Manage purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and resolve any issues. 8. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Requirements: 1. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive in a manufacturing company. 3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. 2. Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes. 3. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
