We're seeking for a skilled Assembly cum Fitter with a mechanical background to join our team at Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assemble compressor accessories according to specifications and drawings 2. Use mechanical skills to fit parts together accurately 3. Inspect products for defects and report issues 4. Collaborate with production team to meet targets 5. Maintain workspace organization and safety Requirements: 1. Mechanical ITI/Diploma/Degree 2. Experience in assembly/fitting (compressor industry experience a plus) 3. Strong mechanical aptitude 4. Attention to detail 5. Teamwork and communication skills Skills: 1. Mechanical assembly and fitting 2. Blueprint reading 3. Quality control 4.
