Job Title: Purchase Executive – FMCG Products

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for FMCG products. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, inventory control, and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality goods to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for FMCG products.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new supplier networks.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitor procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards in procurement.
• Prepare reports on purchase activities, cost analysis, and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase management, preferably in FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and work under deadlines.
• Strong market knowledge of FMCG products and suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
