Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to focus on lead generation and client acquisition. This role requires field visits for corporate meetings, so own bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Visit potential clients to present products/services and create business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage a database of leads with accurate follow-up records.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers for long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or field sales.
• Bike and valid driving license – Mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
