Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day functioning of our commercial/cloud kitchens. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, team coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting the growth of our corporate catering business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and timely meal delivery.
• Align procurement processes as per central guidelines and manage vendor coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct weekly assessments, and optimize stock utilization.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring effective team performance.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts team to plan, price, and update menu items.
• Schedule work shifts and manage workforce planning.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports to support budget planning and control.

Candidate Profile

• Residing in Noida (preferred).
• 2–4+ years of experience in commercial/cloud kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in operational planning and budget development.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
• Must own a bike for daily commute and a personal laptop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
