Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage vendor sourcing, procurement operations, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchases, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per company guidelines.
Negotiate prices, quality terms, and lead-time efficiency with suppliers.
Track purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for smooth material receipt.
Resolve quantity, quality, or documentation discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery confirmations and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory data reporting.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement/purchasing (preferably in retail/manufacturing).
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
