Job Description

Location: Ghansoli

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments (like production, stores, accounts) for material planning and requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and plan reorders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
Maintain and update vendor database.
Track and resolve any issues with deliveries, invoices, or purchase discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports on purchase activities and costs.
