Purchase Executive – Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ), India

Le Pain Quotidien

What You’ll Do

Manage vendor relationships and source high-quality products at the best value.
Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, consumables, and operational supplies.
Negotiate contracts, review price trends, and track cost savings.
Coordinate with chefs, operations, and finance to forecast requirements.
Maintain accurate records, manage purchase orders, and ensure GST/compliance documentation.
Keep a sharp eye on inventory, wastage, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (
F&B or hospitality only
).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and financially aware.
Ability to balance cost control with quality and brand standards.
Good communication and Excel/ERP knowledge.
