Job Summary We are seeking a Purchase Executive to handle vendor coordination, material procurement, order follow-ups, and purchase documentation for our real estate projects. The role involves working closely with the Purchase Manager to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Purchase Manager in sourcing and procuring construction materials, fixtures, and services. • Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. • Maintain vendor database and update approved supplier lists. • Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply. • Coordinate with the site team for material requirements and stock updates. • Verify invoices with goods received and forward them to accounts for payment processing. • Maintain accurate purchase records and reports in MS Excel/ERP/CRM. • Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries and resolve supply issues. Required Skills & Competencies • Knowledge of construction materials and vendor markets. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation. • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. • Experience with ERP or purchase management software is a plus.
