Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams. The candidate must have hands-on experience in site execution, quantity estimation, and project supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow. Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower deployment. Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimates, and work progress reports. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control at the site. Handle site inspections, measurements, and client reporting. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions. Maintain proper documentation, site records, and DPR (Daily Progress Reports). Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of site experience in building / infrastructure / industrial projects. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity estimation. Good understanding of construction drawings and structural work. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Ability to manage site independently and deliver projects within deadlines.
