Job Description

Position: Executive – Purchase / Engineer – Purchase

Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (from a government-recognized institute)

Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or auto ancillary environment

Salary: Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 ctc per month

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold and enforce the company’s purchasing policy, ensuring compliance across all procurement activities.
Collaborate closely with various departments, including Accounting, Manufacturing, and Stock, to streamline procurement operations.
Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities, both domestic and international, while managing budgeting, costing, and cost-saving initiatives.
Manage import documentation, including RFQs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Bill of Entry, Customs Clearance, and Freight Forwarding.
Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and ERP/SAP systems.
Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Additional experience in handling import procedures for procurement of raw materials, machinery spares, tooling, and capital items will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
