Manage end-to-end Ad Operations and Publisher Monetization activities across App, Web, and CTV inventory.
Set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager (GAM360), Aniview, or similar ad servers.
Troubleshoot Video Monetization issues including VAST/VPAID errors, player integrations, and autoplay rules.
Optimize revenue by improving key KPIs such as CPM, RPM, Viewability, CTR, Fill Rate, and Match Rate.
Work with SSPs and exchange partners including Google AdX, PubMatic, Magnite, Xandr, Index Exchange, OpenX, and Amazon TAM.
Implement and manage unified auction mechanics, Open Bidding, and floor price optimization.
Conduct detailed revenue analysis, develop dashboards, and prepare performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Diagnose ad delivery issues using browser console tools, network logs, and ad-request inspection.
Ensure proper implementation of ads.txt/app-ads.txt, brand safety controls, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Support and optimize header bidding setups (Prebid.js/Amazon TAM).
Conduct A/B testing, benchmark demand partners, and refine pricing rule strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and publishers for seamless ad operations.
Mandatory Skills:
1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations & Publisher Monetization.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM360), Aniview or similar Ad servers for trafficking, reporting & troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Video Monetization — VAST/VPAID troubleshooting, player integrations, autoplay rules
Strong understanding of Google AdX, Open Bidding, unified auction mechanics, and floor price optimization
Working knowledge of SSPs and Exchange platforms such as Google AdX, Pubmatic, Magnite, Xandr, Index Exchange, OpenX, Amazon TAM (preferable)
Analytical experience monitoring CPM, RPM, Viewability, Fill Rate, Match Rate, CTR and revenue KPIs.
Experience of Handling App, Web and CTV publishers for all Inventory formats.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with ability to build dashboards, pivot tables & revenue reports.
Ability to debug ad delivery issues using console tools, network logs, ad request inspection.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, dev console).
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and publishers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience operating and optimizing header bidding setups (Prebid.js or Amazon TAM)
Understanding of Invalid Traffic (IVT), brand safety controls, ads.txt/app-ads.txt validation
Knowledge of privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and its impact on advertising.
Experience conducting A/B testing, demand partner benchmarking & pricing rule strategies.
Experience working with Tier 1 markets (US, UK, EU).
Ability to create insight-driven recommendations & own revenue growth execution.
