About The Role

Skill required: Pursuit Services - Content management

Designation: Proposal Management Associate Manager

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:10 to 14 years

What would you do? "- Domain experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales excellence, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

Has knolwedge of requests for Proposals (RFPs) from Business Development (BD) and ensures appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are assigned to and notified of the RFP.

Has worked on preparing and modifying proposal text, budgets, and cover letters responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and rebids based on feedback received from SMEs, without assistance from proposal management staff except for the most complex RFPs or situations.

working with 3rd party vendors for quotes where needed.

Manages the proposals process from RFP receipt to proposal delivery, identifying potential barriers or risks for completion and identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.

Working with cross functional teams like contracts, legal, compliance, finance, etc...

Coordinates and participates in project hand-over meetings.

Presenting budgets in client-specific/requested formats.

Provides functional guidance and application of process guidelines to internal constituents as needed.

Performing QC prior to manager sign-off according to departmental procedures and guidelines.

Suggests and implements pricing and proposal strategies to improve quality of proposal. Collaborates with team members, operations and business development, to customize and develop proposal submissions."-Candidate should have overall experience 10+ years with 6+ years of experience in Proposal management, process improvement. Preferably in a GBS or a BPO organization

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
