What are we looking for?
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor s degree or a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in MS Excel.
- Openness to learn about Sales Process and about agentic solutions
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, manage, and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities. Extra credit if you have:
- MBA
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working on Data Analysis
- Experience with sales cycle at IT industry
- Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams. You May Also Need:

- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities: The Work: As a GPDO team member, you are required to analyze Pursuit Services data and use our standard support framework, best practices, and tools to develop insightful and actionable data output by:
- Working closely with the Pursuit Services GPDO on regular data and pipeline analysis
- Preparation of presentations for Pursuit Services Leadership Reviews
- Tracking and management of the transformation initiatives
- Support the Pursuit Services team members on tool usage queries like IW-GPH, iEngine
- Closely work with Transformation team and SMEs to implement projects related to tools implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Preparing Monthly reports from project data You Will:
- Work as individual contributor to deliver outcomes expected from you
- Collaborate closely with the Pursuit Services GPDO to perform comprehensive analyses of pursuit data and pipelines.
- Collect relevant information from multiple dashboards and identify prevailing trends.
- Present analytical findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare and update Pursuit Services leadership presentations for monthly reviews.
- Partner with the Business Transformation team to monitor and track various Pursuit Services projects.
- Oversee and maintain Operational Maturity Assessment Artefacts.
- Work as a point of contact for inquiries regarding the IW-GPH tool for Pursuit Services Leads and team members.
