Spacez is changing the face of commercial real estate in India, and we need a dynamic Property Onboarding Manager to be the critical link between acquisition and operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end launch of every new property, ensuring seamless integration and brand standard compliance.

The Mission: Zero-to-Launch Excellence

You will be the architect of our expansion, responsible for turning signed contracts into ready-to-operate properties. This isn't just paperwork; it's hands-on project leadership across design, tech, and operations.

Key Responsibilities You Will Own:

• Property Scouting:

  Scout properties across platforms and referrals

• Deal Negotiation:

  Deal and negotiate with real estate agents and property owners to onboard properties that match Spacez business criteria

• Project Leadership:

  Lead the full onboarding lifecycle, from contract signing to final launch. Develop and strictly maintain aggressive time-to-launch schedules

• Operational Setup:

  Coordinate and manage internal/external teams for furnishing, amenities installation, and critical technology integration (e.g., smart locks, Wi-Fi) which need owner approvals etc

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Meticulously manage all necessary legal agreements, licenses, permits, and zoning requirements. Ensure all properties meet high quality standards and local regulations

• Stakeholder Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, building strong relations while coordinating cross-functionally with Scouting, Design, and Operations teams. Act as SPOC for all onboarded properties and owner relations while the property is live

• Quality Assurance:

  Conduct final pre-launch inspections to guarantee every property meets the Spacez brand aesthetics and guest experience expectations

What You Bring to Spacez:

• Experience:

  2+ years in Property Management, Real Estate Operations, or Hospitality Onboarding, with a proven track record of successfully launching multiple properties. Experience in co-working or serviced apartments is a plus

• Skills:

  Exceptional Project Management capabilities, meticulous Attention to Detail for compliance, strong Communication and Negotiation Skills, and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM tools

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
